Justice Isingoma at the moment serves the High Court in Fortportal.

Meanwhile, the president has also appointed Lady Justice Faith Mwondha as Kabito’s deputy.

He appointed six members of the commission including, Mrs. Ruth Sebatindira, Ms. Norah Matovu Winyi, Dr. Laban Nnini Kirya, Hon. Rose Nyakikongoro, Hon. Amongin Aporu, and Ms. Justine A. Mugabi.

All these now await vetting by the Parliament’s appointment committee set to sit on Wednesday 14th September 2016.
