The latest information is that Rich Gang Member, Don Bahati is set to continue throwing rich gang parties at Luxurious night spots in Kampala come December this year. This is aimed at keeping the legacy of late Sangoma Ivan Semwanga.
We have been informed that he has booked Guvnor Night spot on 28th December and he is promising to raise all the dust in the city.
It is said that when King Lawrence and Ed Cheune learned about the party, they rolled their heads in disbelief. The two have threatened to block the party as they claim that Bahati has no right to headline the Rich gang parties. Sources have intimated to us that Ed Cheune and King Lawrence won’t let Bahati take over from them. They claim it’s their responsibility to carry on the legacy of their former boss, Ivan. During Ssemwanga’s burial, Don Bahati was strategic. As King Lawrence and Ed Cheune were busy fighting with Zari Hassan, Don Bahati was on national TV’s making interviews preparing for his grand entrance on the social scene. On the burial day, he came in a limousine to the excitement of Kayunga people. It was a big statement in the Rich gang community. He splashed money and it was reported he played a very big role in the burial arrangements.
It is on record that late Ivan Semwanga breathed his last without mentioning who would be the next president of Rich gang crew. This left a big gap and confusion on who will take over the group. The on-going fight might light up Kampala social scene come December.
