Don Zella Takes NTV To Court ... Demands UGX 1.5 Billion [Legal Papers Inside]

City socialite Don Zella has served NTV and Spark TV with the intention to sue letters over the breached contract that was signed between the two parties.

Through her lawyers, Balodemu advocates Co and advocates she needs Africa broadcasting limited/Spark TV to pay damages of about Shs 1.5Billion.

According to Don Zella, she signed an agreement with Spark TV to exclusively live broadcast her Gal power event that happened in December at Club Play.

However, the TV didn’t fulfill the terms of the agreement. She accuses them of covering the All-White party that was hosted by Zari Hussein Tlale at Club Guvnor on the same day.
