Miss Uganda Franchise Turns To Zari To Survive Flop

The Miss Uganda franchise has been a dying thing for a long time. Last year it did not feature on the calendar and an epitaph was written. Turned out, it would only be a temporary death, thanks to Talent Africa’s intervention.

Brenda Nanyonjo who is the franchise holder entered a partnership with Sylvia Namutebi who is a former Miss Uganda, together with his husband, Aly Alybhai, to bring it back to the scene.

To add more life to it, Zari has been brought to the table of judges and patrons. Zari made the announcement on her Instagram expressing how happy she is. She says she can’t wait to land home to mentor the young girls.

Zari is without doubt just what the Miss Uganda needed after many years without steam.
