During a press conference held on Tuesday at Mestil hotel, the Jamaican star Tarrus Riley revealed that he didn't know any Ugandan artiste. He was briefing the press ahead of his performance today( Friday) at Cricket Oval, Lugogo.
Different fans on social media weighed in on his revelation and some blamed Swangz Avenue for failing to introduce Ugandan artistes to the reggae star.
Furious Eddie Kenzo has come out to claim that Tarrus Riley recently attended the "one Africa fest" in New York which was graced by African continental artistes, and Kenzo was one of them.
"That guy came when I was performing in New York. It was typically an African show, and he had attended to learn more about us so when he claims he has no idea about me that's ridiculous, " he said.
Eddie Kenzo furthermore said that Jamaican artistes basically sell their music in the Caribbean countries and Africa.
"It's very had to find a Jamaican artiste performing for a typical European audience so Tarrus Riley is just pretending, " he added.
