Court recently okayed the dissolution of marriage between MPs Paul Musoke Sebulime and Judith Babirye based on details filed by Sebulime to court.
Sebulime said in his divorce request that Babirye was cruel to him and also denied him conjugal rights.
Babirye, who is abroad did not file her defense. Her father says that Sebulime flogged her daughter like a slave.
He refused to say much because lawyers couldn't let him reveal the cruel details.
