Renowned TV presenter, Mc Ibrah recently opened up about his sudden departure from Star TV where he had been working before landing a job with Spark TV.

Unconfirmed reports say he was fired from Star TV after he made personal attacks towards Lydia Jazmine and Fik Fameika.

In a new interview, he cleared the air saying that the decision to quit was his own.

“The UBC board and the Ministry of ICT decided to suspend my show after the Jazmine incident.  Many people thought I was fired but I was not. When the suspension period expired, I reported back to work but around the same time, I got a job at Spark TV,” he explained.

In June 2020 during the Bwakedde – Morning show hosted on Star TV,  he made utterances against Lydia Jazmine.

Through a Tweet, furious Lydia Jazmine demanded an apology stating that MC Ibrah constantly attacked and dragged her name in dirt which affected her sick mother, family, and friends.

He bowed to pressure and asked for forgiveness from the singer.
