South African-based Ugandan socialite Zari Hassan has finally come forward to acknowledge undergoing plastic surgery on her legs and stomach. After years of denying the rumors, she finally addressed the topic during her appearance on the "Mwasuze Mutya" NTV morning show, hosted by Faridah Nakazibwe.
Zari openly confessed to the plastic surgery, explaining her decision to opt for artificial enhancement. She admitted that the excess fats in her legs and stomach had been a constant source of discomfort for her, and that she had finally decided to take matters into her own hands.
"What people say about me undergoing plastic surgery is true," Zari said. "But I simply had the excess fat removed from my legs and tummy. From now on, no matter how much weight I gain, my stomach and legs will never revert to their previous size."
