Kampala Central MP Hon. Muhammad Nsereko has revealed that he left the music industry to pursue a career in politics. Nsereko, who is known for his flamboyant style and catchy songs, said that he made the decision to leave music after realizing that his true calling was in leadership.
Nsereko said that he had always been interested in politics, and that he saw music as a way to connect with people and raise awareness about important issues. However, he said that he eventually realized that he could have a greater impact on people's lives through politics.
"I was once a musician, and I had connections with artists like Amooti, Mad Fox, among others. However, I left to focus on politics and leadership, which I believe is my true calling. But if people continuously push my buttons, I might reenter the industry as a promoter and not as a musician," the MP explained.
