Singer Vinka opened up about how she once wanted to beat up radio personality Kasuku for criticizing her voice.
"When I had just started music, Kasuku said something and I wanted to look for him and beat him up," she said.
Vinka said that Kasuku's criticism hurt her because she had always been insecure about her voice. However, she was able to restrain herself and eventually learned to deal with critics.
"If I had decided to run after everyone criticizing me, I wouldn't be the music force I am today," she said.
Vinka has come a long way since the early days of her career. She is now one of the most popular and successful female singers in Uganda. She has released countless hits, including "Malaika," "Love Panic," "Bailando," and "Thank God." She has also been nominated for a Grammy Award.
Despite her success, Vinka still hasn't forgotten what Kasuku said about her. She said that she still wants to give him a piece of her mind, but she knows that it's not worth it.
"I'm better than that," she said.
