Early this week, we reported about Bruno K making off with socialite Jalia Walda's money, as she alleged.

Jalia explained that she paid Bruno K together with the video director for the shoot. She also paid for costumes, but the two failed to turn up for the shoot on Wednesday last week, as per the agreement.

"We held a meeting for the video shoot. I paid for the video, and he came with a guy as the director. I also paid for the costumes and everything. We agreed to shoot on Wednesday, but guess what? They didn't show up... they stole my money and never showed up for the whole day," she partly said in a video making rounds on social media.

However, new details indicate that Jalia Walda never paid Bruno K the two million Ugandan shillings, as per the allegations. She gave the money to the video director, who turned up late for the shoot, and Walda, out of protest, disappeared from the scene.

Bruno K also revealed he was never paid money for the song. Jalia's brother only paid the songwriter and the audio producer.

Bruno laments they kept on promising to pay him until recently when Jalia's husband tipped him with $100 and four hundred Ugandan shillings.

Jalia's mum also only gave Bruno K one million Ugandan shillings after the performance of the song, and up to now, he is waiting for his full payment as promised by Jalia Walda's brother.

The singer believes Jalia is chasing clout and is trying to abscond from paying him his balance as per the agreement.

"I didn't do it professionally because I took them as family. However, I am shocked by their allegations. In fact, I was never paid for that song; I was only tipped 100 dollars and like four hundred thousand Ugandan shillings. Then Jalia's mum gave me one million. I think she has her own intentions and doesn't want to make payment for the song," he partly said.

Bruno K said, on average, he charges ten million to sing a private song like the one he did for Jalia Walda.
