Earlier this month, allegations suggested Eddy Kenzo was considering converting to Christianity, as asked by the parents of Phiona Nyamutooro.
The Big Talent boss, however, has dismissed the reports and indicated his in-laws never asked him to change his religion to marry Nyamutooro.
He says that's propaganda engineered by his critics who don't wish him well.
"It's not right; that's propaganda. They are false claims. I personally understand that it's all about faith and not religion. It's more about how you respect Allah because he is the one person we all believe in," he said in an interview with a local television station.
Eddy Kenzo emphasized that faith and belief in God/Allah are the most important things, not religion. He says there is only one God whom we all believe in.
