Promoter Nobart Events was once a beloved figure in the Mayanja family, especially before hosting Weasel's concert dubbed "Memories of Goodlyfe" at Hotel Africana.
However, their relationship soured, with both parties making accusations against each other. The tension escalated, culminating in Weasel allegedly attacking the promoter.
Nobart publicly accused Weasel of beating him to a pulp, even claiming that he lost a tooth during the altercation.
Now, Weasel's mother has come to his defense, stating that the slap from Weasel was too weak to cause anyone to lose a tooth.
"I don't think Weasel would do that. He can't knock out someone's tooth with such a simple slap, and I have my doubts about the whole incident," she said in a local television interview.
Mrs. Prossy Mayanja also urged Nobart Events to clear his debts with Weasel.
