Chameleone's ex-wife, Daniella, has opened up about her early life in America and the struggles she faced to build a better life there.

Daniella, who separated from Chameleone in 2018 to pursue the "Kyeyo" life, explained that she first stayed at a friend’s house while awaiting work authorization.

"I stayed at a friend’s house and did all types of odd jobs for a couple of months with my baby on my back as I waited for legal authorization to work," she partly wrote.

Daniella eventually secured two full-time jobs, allowing her to support her children, enroll them in school, and buy a house in 2021.

"I worked two full-time jobs, sometimes not returning home for days. My then 14-year-old son would take care of his siblings in my absence. I enrolled all my five kids in private schools with a supportive church and school community that has since been like family. I became a homeowner in 2021," she added.

Daniella also revealed she obtained a restraining order from the American police in 2023 to prevent Chameleone from accessing her home after he allegedly threatened her.

"I secured a restraining order against my ex in 2023 after he threatened me in my own space. I went no-contact as well," she noted.

She emphasized that she is currently working towards obtaining a license for her business.

"Currently working on earning licensure to become a business owner. Baby steps in the right direction," she wrote on her Instagram.

Daniella's revelation raises doubts about previous claims suggesting that Chameleone owned the house.
