Musician Catherine Kusasira shares a long history with Jennifer Nakangubi, commonly known as Full Figure.
Kusasira revealed that she picked Full Figure from Bukomelo village in Masaka, where she had gone for a performance with the Eagles Band.
At the time, she was pregnant and needed a helper to assist with carrying luggage for her performances and taking care of her children.
"We had gone for a performance in Bukomelo, and Jennifer was vending goods on the street. I was pregnant and needed someone to live with, so we picked her from the village and came back with her. She used to carry my clothes and other items to concerts and even took care of the child. She was so loved by my husband, and he supported her heavily," Kusasira explained during an interview with a local YouTuber.
Catherine Kusasira says she has no regrets about picking Jennifer at a young age and is grateful for the journey they shared.
"I appreciate everything she contributed to me in various ways. I am very grateful to her and will forever remember her for that," she added.
Kusasira mentioned that despite the challenges, she remains on good terms with Full Figure.
