Latest information coming from SA indicates, Shaffic Katumba aka Katsha Debank has been denied bail after the Court in Durban, South Africa ,Friday (December 11th), rejected an application.
We have learnt that the self-proclaimed tycoon had sought to be released on bail so that he could make a surprise Grand entrance at the Money and Gold party organized by his friends of TMT –Africa.
Katsha and four other Ugandans were arrested late last month after it was alleged that they were involved in a scandalous deal that led the South African government into a financial loss.
Meanwhile, earlier reports indicate that Katsha Debank may be sentenced 10 years in jail according to the intensity of his crime in a corrupt shy country (South Africa)
