The defending champions have lost three out of five Premier League games this season with pressure mounting on Jose Mourinho to stabilise ‘his ship’.
Chelsea’s latest setback was a 3-1 loss to Everton at Goodison Park over the weekend dropping them to 17th position on the log with a mere four points.
Most of the staff have accused Mourinho of indecent treatment of Eva Carneiro during their 2-2 draw with Swansea on the opening day of the Barclays Premier League.

Carneiro has not been to work for the past 36 days with most of the players and staff in limbo over her future.
It is said that the partner of Chelsea owner Roman Abramovic, Dash Zhukova, along with wives and partners of the players felt Mourinho was heavy-handed and disrespectful to the doctor.
There have also been reports that the relationship between Mourinho and his star player Diego Coast has deteriorated beyond the strikers’ hamstring injury.

After Chelsea had sewn up the title with a 1-0 win over Crystal Palace on May 3, Mourinho rewarded his players with four days off a time during which Costa flew to Madrid to party.
Mourinho responded by axing Costa from the team that drew 1-1 against Liverpool at Anfield on May 10.
Whether the backroom issues have played a part in Chelsea’s poor outing this season is an issue for debate but one thing is clear, knowing Chelsea owner Abramovic’s intolerance, Mourinho should put his house in order before the axe fall
