Uganda People's Defense Forces-UPDF driver Sergeant Abdul Ssali finally appeared before the General Court-martial Wednesday for shooting dead Ronald Waliggo at Kawanda Senior Secondary School last year. 

Four suspects have been pinned by Detective Assistant Inspector of Police(AIP) Leonard Mukwaya from Luweero Police Station before the UPDF General Court-martial for their involvement in the murder of Major Noel Mwesigye. 

The President has appointed Brigadier General Robert Freeman Mugabe as the new chairperson of the Makindye-based court-martial.

As the country mourns 32 people who drowned in Lake Victoria over the weekend, Ugandans have been urged to go for swimming lessons and prepare for such scenarios.

"The world will never know her artistry in talent," he said.
