Sylvia Mulinge, CEO of MTN Uganda, expressed her excitement about the company’s role in shaping the future of the oil and gas sector in Uganda.

The two-day summit to be held at the Speke Resort Munyonyo starting September 5th to 6th follows a similar summit held in South Africa in February this year.

In a recent YouTube video, Ugandan media personality Flavia Namulindwa shared a story about how singer Bebe Cool once tried to get her fired from Bukedde TV.

MTN Uganda Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Sylvia Mulinge, said though the government has a bigger role to play in driving the country’s social-economic development, there’s a need for synergy from the private to have this dream realized.
