The deceased was identified as Isabella Ainembabazi, a supporter of candidate Lawrence Lugalavu who is running on the National Resistance Movement ticket.
Reports say that Isabella was in traveling in one of the candidates campaign cars, a Toyota Hiace, and was sitting on the window side when it overturned and ripped her face.
The candidate has since suspended his campaigns till Monday 28th March 2016 “to allow for a period of mourning and burial.”
