In the amateur video dated 24th November 2016, a teacher by the names of Mr.Katalanga Frank is seen reading questions of the UNEB’s Information Communication Technology (ICT) question paper a day before sitting for the final paper.
Meanwhile, we have learned this video is under police investigation after concerned citizens reported the case of exam malpractice.
