This is sad but true. Makindye house which has been a centre of the fight will soon be taken over by Jeff Kiwa. Reliable sources in Makindye say that Radio and Weasel have received an order by Makindye division court instructing the singing duo to sit and equally share the big house with their former manager Jeff Kiwa.
Last year, it seemed as if things had settled down and all parties had reached an agreement. They both went to court and later the issue was resolved. We have come to learn that Radio and Weasel had used some influence and money to settle the case.
It should be noted Jeff managed the two artists for a long time. He registered most of the property they were acquiring in his name. The Goodlyfe trusted him with all the money and projects they were taking on.
Jeff was only planning for his future. When they finally fell out, that’s when they realised things weren’t right. The house that they had lived for long was in Jeff’s name. They tried to put up a fight but it didn't help. Matters were referred to court until the today.
