On Sunday, Kenzo issued a statement on Facebook saying he loves his baby mama, Rema Namakula.
This is after she moved on with another man whom she is set to introduce in November this year.
Many music fans were surprised by the news as It was clear she was in a relationship with fellow musician Eddy Kenzo.
However, an insider confirmed to Howwe the two separated over a year ago after she caught him red handed with another woman at his Makindye based Big Talent Studios.
“You see, they separated over a year ago. It was after a fight at Big Talent studios in Makindye. Rema caught Kenzo with another woman. If you recall, she attended Kenzo’s concert in January but he even did not talk about her. She only did it for the sake of their child," an insider told our reporter during a phone call interview.
An insider added, " Kenzo literally rejected Rema. She had to look for plan B. She loved him but they couldn't make it work. He left him in Seguku alone with kids for a long time. He normally went there to check on the kids. They were just keeping up appearances and Kenzo knows that."
It is also reported that Rema later left their Seguku home after failing to make their relationship work.
Rema and Eddy Kenzo are blessed with a baby girl, Aamal Musuuza.
