Musicians Jose Chameleone is among the few musicians who traveled to Gulu alongside the Uganda Musician' Association (UMA) leadership to meet with Gen Salim Saleh.
It is reported they left Gulu with sacks of cash.
Chameleone's actions didn't go well with National Unity Party President, Bobi Wine. He is disappointed in the Leone Island boss whom he introduced to the public as a NUP member.
"Chameleone's actions didn't sit well with the Principle( read Bobi Wine) and I am sure he will be shown the exit door. How could he go as far as receiving money from Saleh yet he claims to be NUP," a close source who asked for anonymity told this Website?
Several NUP supporters on social media also expressed their disappointment in Jose Chameleone.
