Musician and songwriter Khalifah Aganaga has asked Daddy Andre to decide on whether to be a full-time producer or singer.
According to Aganaga, it’s hard to succeed at both production and singing.
“If he continues singing, he is going to lose business as a producer. Some big musicians and talented ones will avoid him, fearing that he can copy their art and use it to his advantage,” Aganaga said in an interview.
“A producer who sings can’t give time to another singer. The producer will concentrate more on his music than the people he works with,” he added.
Daddy Andre has several songs under his belt. They include; "Tugende Mu Church", "I miss you" "Omwana wa Bandi" and "Hurt you" among others.
