According to Karma Ivien’s lawyers, Pallaso is running away from summons under the pretext that he is busy.
“We sent him a notice on WhatsApp and also tried to follow up with a physical notice which he refused to sign. He promised to send us his lawyers which is also yet to happen,” says a lawyer representing Karma.
Pallaso is said to have signed an agreement that gives Karma the right to organize his shows and promote his music.
Pallaso’s only role is to sing.
