Former NBS TV journalist Bukyana Julius was on Monday this week nominated to contest for East African Legislative Assembly on an independent ticket.
He revealed the good news to his followers through a tweet on Monday evening.
"I have been duly nominated for the independent slot @EA_Bunge 2022-2027, EBENEZER thus far has the Lord brought me 1 Samuel 7:12 Now all eyes on the prize," he tweeted.
He received congratulatory messages from fellow journalists, Daniel Lutaaya, Solomon and Kyambadde among others.
