The self-proclaimed blogger Ibrahim Tusubira, also known as Isma Olaxes or Jaja Iculi, has been reported dead after being shot by unidentified gunmen in Kyanja.
The motive for the killing remains unknown, but according to a source in Kyanja, Isma was shot while entering his house.
In one of his most recent videos, Isma Olaxes was seen celebrating the death of Minister Charles Okello Engola, whom he accused of neglecting his workers, including his shooter and bodyguard, Private Wilson Sabiiti.
Isma Olaxes strongly criticized Engola for the arrest of Ugandan citizens and for claiming that the UPDF personnel captured battering Ugandans on video were from West Africa.
