City preacher Aloysius Bugingo has expressed displeasure with Bobi Wine regarding his remarks on Segirinya's illness.
Bugingo says Bobi Wine should allow people to solicit funds for Segirinya if he himself has been unsuccessful in doing so. He alleges that Bobi Wine is a stingy individual who can't even provide 1 million for Segirinya's treatment.
"Bobi Wine can't even donate 1 million to assist Segirinya with his treatment, yet he is pointing fingers at Muhammed Nsereko, who offered Segirinya 5 million. We should cultivate a culture of appreciation and giving, rather than engaging in a blame game," Bugingo stated during a prayer session.
Bugingo's comments come just days after Bobi Wine disclosed that the Ugandan Parliament is responsible for covering Segirinya's hospital expenses and should not be seeking funds from the general public.
