Even the most optimistic of people who attended Nigerian star, David Adekele aka Davido Concert on December 6, left the venue fuming or too exhausted to react to the poor turnout of events that took place....as it died off a natural death from way home.
However Howwe never fails to bring you the insight of what you didn’t see…apparently promoter Chinedu Ikoroha aka Chin Cece abandoned Davido at Afrique Suites where he was ended footing hotel bills.
Though show fairly attended for Ugandan standards, it was a total flop to international standards.
Before the worst came to a Nigerian on Monday, the promoter booked him a performance at Laftaz delaying him further and inflating the bills at Afrique Suites.
While his bills remained unpaid after his promoter vanished, management tipped police and followed the singer to Entebbe airport on where he was intercepted, asked to pay or go to jail.
One William who had driven him to the airport intervened and saved the singer police coolers.
