Musician Reagan Muhairwe, aka Ray G, has opened up about his early aspirations, revealing that he once desired to become the President of Uganda.
Speaking in an interview with a local television station, Ray G explained that he grew up with aspirations of leading the country. He had never considered pursuing music until his high school days.
The singer expressed his desire to serve the people through politics, but he believes that God has different plans for him, which he is fulfilling through music.
"Growing up, I wanted to be the President of this country. That was the only thing I aspired to be because I felt a responsibility to serve my people. I even used to ask my teachers if I could still become President while pursuing music," he shared.
However, Ray G stated that he no longer harbors political aspirations and is fully focused on his music career.
