Recently, the Uganda Police, alongside other security agencies, have been clamping down on civilians wearing military attire.

They have primarily targeted NUP supporters who wear red berets and overalls resembling those of security agencies.

However, it looks grim for Alien Skin as he might be the next target following a petition by a civilian to the CID offices.

"On numerous occasions, Mulwana Patrick aka Alien Skin, a civilian, has been witnessed donning military attire, which contravenes the provisions of Section 316(1) of the Penal Code Act, Cap. 120.

Therefore, it is my request that necessary action be taken to bring to book the perpetrator of this wrongful deed.

Attached are copies of proof of the said allegations collectively marked 'A'."

Part of the letter by Innocent Ainebyona read.

It should be noted that Ainebyona is the one who petitioned the Uganda Police to arrest Alien Skin.
