On 23rd July 2024, media personality Faiza Fabs was sent to Luzira until today, 30th July 2024.

Faiza was arrested, detained, and charged with being a common nuisance, idle, and disorderly at the Nakawa Chief Magistrates Court.

However, today, Tuesday, the KFM radio host was given temporary freedom after being granted bail by the Nakawa Chief Magistrates Court.

Faiza Fabs was granted bail of two hundred thousand Ugandan shillings in cash, and each of her two sureties were bailed on a non-cash bond of five hundred thousand Ugandan shillings.

Faiza Fabs was arrested while protesting against rampant corruption in the country.

She was arrested along with X influencers Beewol, Baron Edgar, who happens to be a photojournalist and UOX President, Thomas Kazira, who have also been granted bail.
