She loves celebrating with a small group of friends," a family member told ET exclusively. "So, in her honor, we will celebrate in a small setting with family."
While he's not with her, Bobbi Kristina's partner Nick Gordon also posted a birthday message on Twitter.
"Happy Birthday baby I wish I was there with you to hold you and be by your side," -- he wrote.
It's been over a month since the daughter of the late Whitney Houston was placed in a medically induced coma after being found unresponsive in a bathtub and rushed to a hospital in Roswell, Ga. on Jan. 31. Legally, the final decision to take Bobbi Kristina off of a ventilator is up to her father Bobby Brown.
On Tuesday, an attorney for Bobby told ET that the reports of him filming a reality show during Bobbi Kristina's health crisis are absolutely false.
"We continue to request privacy in regards to my daughter's medical condition," Bobby also said in the statement. "We thank everyone that supports Bobbi Kristina and God is hearing our prayers."
