Just over a week ago, Zahara Mohamad was a normal student, pursuing Development Studies at Makerere University.
Now, the 23-year-old beauty queen is Miss Uganda, and is preparing herself for a trip to china for the forthcoming miss world contest. During an interview today at Galaxy FM, Zahara said she still is in shock that she won – beating fans' favorite, Wanyana Ritah Ingrid.
She revealed that she got a lot of encouragement and support from her family. The interview was all the same simple and the presenters were still being average until Mr. Mosh jumped in and asked her whether or not she has a boyfriend. Zahara replied, “he is there”— but was hesitant ... she almost skipped the question.
She’s not just some regular girl anymore, and that's understandable.
