Police in Kagadi are searching for unknown assailants who murdered a man in cold blood. The deceased is 43-year-old Fred Happy, a resident of Nyansooro A cell in Mabaale town council.
Fred met his death on Monday night in Kyabahita cell and his body was discovered by residents lying in a pool of blood at Mabaale-Burora road in Mabaale town council.
According to William Magara, the Chairperson LC 1 Chairperson Kyabahiita cell, the body had deep cuts on the head, neck, stomach and face.
This is the second body to be recovered from the same place where Fred’s body was found in a space of three weeks.
Officers at Kagadi central police station are still gathering evidence and investigations into the matter has started.
