Lyto boss and Catherine Kusasiira have won the lawsuit brought down on them by fellow singer, Iryn Namubiru and Fusion Band with whom they have been at war over the rights to the ‘Anjagala’ for almost a year.
It all started when Afrobeat singer Iryn Namubiru recorded and released Lyto Boss’s “Anjagala”, the song without his permission and consent, that caused to a heated battle thereafter.
Consequently, Catherine Kusasira and Lyto Boss were imprisoned although were later released on bail, they later decide to serve Iryn and Fusion band with papers.

Now! According to incoming reports, Court has ruled in plaintiff's(Lyto Boss) favor... Sources further state that Fusion Band is now required by law to pay Kusasira and Lyto Boss a substantial amount in damages.
