Uganda’s Top Comedienne Anne Kansiime has vowed to deliver her the Best of the Best ahead of her incoming maiden one-man show on a home stage dubbed “I am Kansiime”.
The show will be held on March 24 at Imperial Royale Hotel… During a recently concluded press conference held at the aforesaid hotel, Anne promised to demonstrate why most of her concerts across the world sold-out,
She Said;
“Finally, I feel I will be able to do my fans at home justice,” started Kansiime. “I have been in Malaysia, Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania, New York, New Jersey, Australia and being a Mukiga, I might end up saying words that sound like villages in Kabale.
“But, I have been to very many places and half the time I am on stage, and receiving too much love, I feel guilty, because I really have not shown my people back at home what it is that the world is crazy about, yet you are the reason the world knows about me.
So, that is the whole point of the “I am Kansiime” show. I feel I have gathered a lot of things to impress you now,” said the comedienne.
