Patrick Idringi aka Salvado while at Laftaz Comedy Lounge during their weekly comedy show every Wednesday, the “Man from Ombokolo" revealed why he trashed his MTN engineering job for comedy.
"When i realized how much i made for the company daily, I asked myself WHY should I stick on this job than earns me a quarter of what I was earning from comedy gigs" said Salvado.
Salvado was working as a junior engineer for MTN before quitting in 2010 to join main stream comedy and since then he has been high at his game.
"I used to make 33 m for the company every day and wanted to earn at least half of that by myself" added Salvado.
He was the official MC of the night and asked everyone to learn from his story.
