Their friendship -- predominantly claimed by Irene Ntale ... who was unfortunately embarrased on air -- has been more often than not questioned by their fans on Social media ... but Ntale gave us a big surprise when she brought Rema on stage to perform her popular song 'Lean On Me' together after giving a brief explanation of what might have happened.
A few months ago, Irene Ntale was asked to call her best friend on Air during an appearance at KFM, she called Rema ... but the latter responded the call with an embarrasing 'Who is This?' question.
Ntale, during her recently successfully staged concert 'Date Night, Sembera' at Sheraton, revealed that Rema had lost her phone because ... 'sometimes we lose these contacts' ... and that it had been a while since they talked on phone.
They are clearly friends. It just was a bad timing.
