This Saturday, DJ Aludah, Kampala’s renowned turntable king will host a classic deejay showcase dubbed “King of the Turntables”. The Uganda Waragi sponsored event will be held at The Square in Industrial Area, a venue that has become synonymous with Kampala’s A list parties.
Last year’s event was headlined by host, DJ Aludah and guest deejay Crème de la Crème and boasted of unmatched attendance. The venue could hardly contain the numbers. This year, the event will feature Kenya’s popular spinmaster, DJ Hypnotiq, who has been rated as one of Kenya’s top DJ’s for the past five years.
The event will be emceed by Deedan. Entrance is only 15k and tickets will be sold at the entrance.
DJ Aludah, is an award winning spinmaster who has earned his place as one of Uganda’s most respected with a career spanning a couple of years. Some of his most notable career accolades include winning Pilsner’s 2010 Spin Master Awards, working for Channel O as a VJ and performing for top musicians including Busy Signal, Konshens and Chameleone. Other DJ’s set to perform are DJ’s Crisio and Konk Mukiga.
Sponsors, Uganda Waragi have promised to give revelers the ultimate premium drinking experience. The brand will set up a cocktail bar and will have a number of delectable cocktails on offer.
The event is organized by Talent Africa, whose expertise has seen them organize some of the best events witnessed by this town. This one is a must attend.
