Kansanga based Galaxy Fm team is currently on tour to extend its corporate social responsibility affairs to the youths in schools.
Over the Weekend, Galaxy Fm staff led by the proprietor, Dr Innocent Nahabwe talked to students about the education system of Uganda and what to expect after school.
Dressed in a navy blue suit, brown shoes and a Maroon neck tie Veterinary doctor by profession and Media mogul by passion took on the floor to highlight a few concerns to motivate and empower students of Kakungulu Memo on a sunny Sunday.
He concentrated on four main points, having a drive every time you wake up because without a purpose you can't achieve much.
He noted that it's important for someone to have a person they look up to, “If you want to fish, you must work and learn from a fisherman" he added.
“if you move around in a clique of 5 fools it's most likely that by the end of the month you will be the 6th one, if you move in a gang of 5 excelling students it's most likely you will be the 6th one" said Innocent articulating the point of who do you choose for your company.
Finally, he asked all students to keep healthy and avoid a five minutes pleasure that can frustrate their entire future.
The students were also engaged in dance competitions where they won great prizes include Sodas, Pens, books, cash among many others.
The Galaxy Fm staff members played a friendly match with the students of the school and it ended 2:0 with Galaxy Fm losing.
