More musicians are being drawn to politics, and we can guess the inspiration comes from singer turned politician, Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine. Eagle’s Production boss, Geoffrey Lutaya is preparing himself to run for a political office in the near future. Lutaya has enrolled for a short-course in computer and plans to further his studies at Makerere University.
He says he has made some money, built a home and a family from his music career and he wants to serve the people of Kyotera.
Dr Hilderman is also another musician who has shown interest in running for a political office.
