Rema Namakula and Hamzah have been criticized by fans for going to Dubai on holiday during the fasting period.
The couple was accused of failing to respect the month of Ramadhan.
Rubaga MP Kato Lubwama has attacked the fans saying Rema and Hamzah can choose when to go for the holiday. They should be left to enjoy life to the fullest.
Kato Lubwama further said in case they skipped fasting, they can always compensate when they can.
The Islamic teaching allows Muslims to offset the missed fasting days even after the month of Ramadhan.
