Noisemaker Full Figure has attacked Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago and branded him a cry baby who has nothing new to offer to the people of Kampala Capital City Authority.
Through an interview with local television, the faded musician blamed Lukwago for the increased potholes and the poor development in the city. She said the Mayor has been an obstacle to the growth of the city yet he has no solution.
"Lukwago is only good at crying but he has nothing left to offer to the people. He has on many occasions failed the government programs to develop the City," she explained.
Full Figure also warned Lukwago to stay away from city tycoon Kiggundu, he should only be applauded for developing the City.
