Uganda’s leading multi-talented instrumentalist and song writer Myko Ouma known for his artistry in Afro Jazz and contemporary music in Uganda, he is going to grace Maurice Kirya’s The Sound Cup come this November 6.
Myko has performed in many Jazz carnivals and also embellished the stage at numerous events, sharing the same stage with both local and international stars from the likes of Moses Matovu, Isaiah Katumwa, Maurice Kirya, Juliana Kanyomozi and Bebe Cool: is a class above ordinary that never goes recognized.
Ouma is perhaps the only Ugandan who is comfortable with many instruments including the acoustic guitar, the bass guitar, thumb piano, local harp (adungu), tube fiddle (Endingidi), electric guitar and a combination of percussion drums.
