Musicians Spice Diana and Zex Bilangilangi were slated to perform in London on Saturday at an event where Barbie Kyagulanyi gave a keynote speech on empowering the girl child.
Unfortunately, the two musicians were denied the travel documents to the United Kingdom.
Insiders say they applied late for the visa.
Spice Diana apologized to her UK fans for failing to show up at the event, citing failure to access the required documents to travel.
"My Visa application failed to come through on time which translates into my failure to travel for the performance. I would like to extend my deepest apologies to everyone who was waiting on me," she wrote on her social media.
Zex Bilangilangi has since remained silent on the matter.
