'Lusuku Lwa Cementi' singer Ronald Alimpa has promised to pay Nobert Promotions, who appeared in the news recently saying that Alimpa did not perform in Rakai in December as agreed.
According to the promoter, the revelers destroyed property worth millions when the singer failed to turn up.
He alleges he incurred a loss totalling 180M and he is demanding compensation.
Alimpa who was previously arrested and released on bail says he is willing to pay only 3M that he got from Nobert.
“I don’t know about the 180M, that’s a cooked figure. I will pay him the 3M when we meet in court,” says Alimpa.
Alimpa claims he has not worked in a long time due to injuries he sustained during an accident last year.
