City socialite Olim Charles known to many as Sipapa is to stay in Luzira prison longer after he was denied bail again. His hearing that was slated for 29th May was pushed to 3rd July this year.
His accusers and the judge didn't show face in the court. This left his lawyer Turyamusiima utterly vexed since the government has been tossing them up and down.
Sipapa is in court to answer charges related to his storming into Ujamaa company offices and stealing property and cash worth Shs 169m.
