The Chief mobilizer of National Unity Platform and also elder brother of Bobi Wine will be exchanging marriage vows with his wife Majorine Nyanzi Katumba tomorrow at St. Mary's, Rubaga Cathedral in Kampala at 09:00 am.
Nyanzi explained that this will be a historic wedding after it was initially canceled in 2020 when President Museveni announced the lockdown, putting a stop to all gatherings.
"A lot of things were said, even in the news, but we plan to make good of that by holding a historic wedding in the city. Some people say a wedding is best during your youth, but ours will be great. I think preparing yourself fully has its advantages," he said in an interview with a local television station.
The couple will host its friends and family at Freedom's City, Namasuba, later in the day where the reception will take place.
